Jay Knudtson
Executive Vice President, Chief Banking Officer & Secretary of the Board
Jay Knudtson started in banking over 30 years ago and has served as Executive Vice President and Board Secretary since we opened in 2002. He also has served as Chief Lending Officer and now serves as Chief Banking Officer. He graduated from Southeast Missouri State University and the Graduate School of Banking in Boulder, CO. Jay served Cape Girardeau as mayor from 2002-2010. He lives in Cape Girardeau with his wife and they have a son and granddaughter.

Brittney Lee started her career with the Bank as a Personal Banker when we opened in 2002. She has also served as Sales and Marketing Manager and became Chief Financial Officer in 2016. She is a graduate of Jackson High School and Southeast Missouri State University. Brittney graduated from the Paul W. Barret, Jr. Graduate School of Banking and from Southeast Missouri State University with her Master’s in Business Administration. She lives in Cape Girardeau with her husband and their son.

Heather Dameron
Senior Vice President & Chief Credit Officer
Heather Dameron is a lifelong resident of Jackson MO where she is an alumni. She also graduated from SEMO University and the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Boulder, CO. Heather has been with First Missouri State Bank for over 20 years. Her current position is Senior Vice President managing and supervising credit, risk, compliance, loan operations, education and IT. With 30 years of experience in banking, Heather has honed her skills in strategic planning, financial management, and leadership. Her background has provided our team with valuable insights into organizational dynamics, effective decision-making processes, and efficiency. Heather lives with her husband and children in Jackson.
